Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact You by email or phone.

Shipments within the national territory exclude the following regions and cities: Utila, Guanaja, and Gracias a Dios, as well as any other territory where our providers do not have coverage.

Damages

Soleaneskin.com is not responsible for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer when processing their order.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
